It was here, under the mentorship of Paul Thebo, SRA, that Bill honed his skills and found his passion for appraisal. Launching his own firm in 2007 was a testament to his dedication and expertise. Over the years, Bill has conducted more than 6,000 appraisals, becoming a trusted partner for homeowners, investors, attorneys, credit unions, banks, and insurance companies alike.
His professional acumen is further underscored by his annual appraisal assignments for St. Jude’s Dream Home since 2017. Bill’s affiliation with the Appraisal Institute and his attainment of the coveted SRA designation have not only set him apart but have also cemented his position as a go-to appraiser.
This recognition has facilitated collaborations with a diverse clientele, from attorneys and homeowners to regional banks and national lenders. Outside the professional realm, Bill values the simple joys of life in northwest Ohio. Alongside his wife Angie, he cherishes watching their two boys play soccer, indulging in a round of golf, or sharing in the warmth of family movie nights.
